FREE SHIPPING
We kindly offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $150 USD. International orders will incur applicable international shipping rates. Note, due to the cost of shipping skate decks we do not ship skate decks outside of the U.S.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Many items are custom made to order to ensure quality and to reduce waste. As such, please allow about 1-2 weeks for clothing orders to process and ship unless otherwise noted (some items deliver in as fast as 3 days). For skate deck orders, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for items to ship. Shipping and processing info for specialty items such as collaborations will be made available on the collection's respective shop page - please refer to those guidelines for info.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
As soon as your item(s) are ready to ship you will receive an e-mail with tracking information so that you can easily track your order.
MY ORDER STATUS SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.). We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier's tracking information confirms as being delivered. If you would like to open a claim we are happy to work with the carrier on the claim but you must initiate such claim. Please note: carrier claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the shipping carrier used.

WILL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
Depending on the laws of your country of residence, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. We will notify you immediately via e-mail if this is the case for your order to check if you'd prefer to receive a refund instead.
