Let's face it, it's been a LONG time since any form of rock & roll has dominated the mainstream airwaves or has even managed to make much of a presence at The Recording Academy's annual Grammy awards.
While this year's list of rock nominees isn't necessarily groundbreaking in their market share, the list is actually notable.
